Quick recipe!

This is a protein shake that I created. Each serving has 43g of protein, and only 3g of fat, and 1g of carbs. At about 230 calories per serving, it really packs a punch as part of a recompositioning diet, or even as a healthy alternative to snacking. I’m not going to provide full nutrition information for the ingredients listed below, but in terms of quality of prorein, amino acids, and vitamins/minerals per serving, this combination is unbeatable for the calorie count. I have 2-3 of these bad boys per day, and one meal (or two small meals) comprised of fresh fruits/veggies and some sort of lean meat.

Disclaimer: This mocha shake tastes AMAZING! It’s like a treat, and it is actually better than any junk milkshake that you will buy – anywhere. This baby is smooth, creamy, and flavourful! Try it at your own risk, because you just might become an addict.

So? Let’s get to it already! You will need:

1 Premier Protein (Costco sells these in boxes of 18) NOTE: This exact brand is non-negotaible – just trust me

1/2 scoop of vanilla Allmax Isoflex (can be found at most reputable supplement stores) NOTE: Can substitute for another brand, but I wouldn’t try to, as this will change the nutritional value and quality of protein per serving

1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee (brand not important)

1/3 teaspoon of cocao powder (brand not important)

Generous pinch of fibre (brand not important)

I pre-mix appropriate proportions to have this mix handy. I highly recommend doing this too. The pre-mixed powder should look like this, give or take:

To make the shake, just empty 1 whole Premier Protein, 1 serving’s worth (as per above) of powders, and 3-4 ice cubes into your blender of choice, and blend. Voila!

You’re welcome. 🙃
